Does Freshmango take equity?

No. Freshmango is equity-free, not now, not later, not through warrants. When we want equity in a member, Freshmango Angels invests real money in your round like any other investor, subject to our investment committee.

What does Freshmango cost?

The Residency is €300 per month and you can cancel monthly. The Fellowship is €5,000 paid in full, or 12 monthly payments of €500 (€6,000 in total) if you prefer to spread it. Both carry a 3% success fee charged only on capital raised through our network. No equity, ever.

Is there a success fee when I raise?

A flat 3%, and only on capital you raise through our network or grants we helped you win. Raise elsewhere and you pay nothing beyond your membership.

Can I leave whenever I want?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Residency is monthly, stay one month or nineteen. The Fellowship is a six-month commitment.

Is Freshmango remote?

Yes. Workshops are live and online every week, and founders join from anywhere in Europe and beyond. Residency members can also use partner coworking offices across the Baltics.

How do I get into the Fellowship?

Apply, like everyone else. Many Fellows are selected from inside the Residency based on execution we have watched, but you can apply directly. What matters is a raise planned within 6 to 12 months and the execution to back it.

Yes. The Fellowship is particularly relevant for companies with meaningful traction, revenue or previous funding.

No. Freshmango does not guarantee investment or fundraising outcomes. It helps founders understand their funding options, prepare properly, and connect with relevant investors and opportunities where there is a genuine fit.
